Exodus: Our Story of Freedom (Part 7)

Main Idea: In Exodus 16 God is teaching the Israelites total and daily dependence upon Himself. 2 main sections:
Verses 1-3: Grumbling Against a Great God
Verses 4-12: Testing from a Good God
The Israelites quickly move from gratitude for what God has rescued them from, to grumbling against God because of their circumstances. When we face hardships, we have the same choice: will we grumble against God or will we see our lives as an opportunity to know that all things are for our good and God's glory?
