What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

One of the most encouraging parts of a relationship with those in our lives; whether it’s a spouse, other family members or friends, is to know that they are committed to you – that you can be confident of their continued love for you. And the same holds true in our relationship with the Lord. But there are many times in our walk of faith where we are not certain of God’s love for us. This lack of assurance could be due to sin in our life, where we wonder if God will give up on us. It may be due to hard circumstances that we are facing. Or it could be that God seems indifferent to us because we don’t feel his presence in our lives.

At some point all of us are going to face questions and doubts similar to these.

And so, this Sunday we will be looking at Romans 8:31-39 to see if God really is for us and if we can have assurance of His love – no matter what we are facing or experiencing.

Hope to see you at either 9:30am or 11am!

P.S. We won’t be posting a scheduled sermon video on Sunday morning, but a recording of Sunday’s message will be uploaded later in the week.
