Have you ever received a Christmas gift that you weren’t expecting, but it turned out to be a great gift and one you ended up using throughout the year? Maybe it was some electronic device or a tool. Maybe it was noise cancelling headphones where you could block out all the noise around you!
This Sunday, we’ll be in Galatians 4:4-7, which may not be a passage you typically think of when it comes to the Christmas season. But in this passage Paul speaks about the arrival of Jesus, and a gift that he provides for us – the gift of “adoption to sonship.”
Have you ever thought about how you are an adopted child of God and the privileges that surround this new status? Hope you can join us Sunday at 9:30am or 11am as we consider this wonderful gift.
